Southampton Village

Nestled in the heart of Southampton, this home was originally a modest 1960s-era ranch. The renovation preserved the home's original charm while infusing it with modern touches, staying true to the shingle-style Cape Cod aesthetic that defines much of the area’s historic architecture. The updated design balances classic beauty with contemporary comfort, making it a welcoming retreat for family and friends.

Historic Westhampton Beach

Nestled in the prestigious estate section of Westhampton Beach, NY, this historic property was originally constructed in the mid-1800s for the Henry Cabot Lodge family. Over the years, the home has undergone several renovations and additions, yet the original structure remains intact, maintaining its historic charm and significance. This project was a unique opportunity to restore and renovate the home while preserving its rich history.

The restoration focused on carefully preserving the home’s original architectural elements, ensuring that the integrity of the property was maintained while enhancing the home’s livability for modern use. It was a true labor of love, and for us, one of the most satisfying projects we have ever had the privilege of working on.

Stillwaters - Westhampton Beach

Nestled in the serene Stillwaters community of Westhampton Beach, NY, this residence was once hailed as a hallmark of contemporary architecture when it was first constructed in the early 1980s. With its bold design and innovative use of materials, the house stood out as a beacon of modern architectural thinking for its time.

The restoration of this iconic home aimed to preserve the integrity of its original design while updating key features to meet the demands of its current owner. While most of the original materials were retained, one significant update was made: the traditional cedar siding was replaced with cypress wood, which was sourced directly from a sawmill in New Orleans. This distinctive change not only enhanced the home's visual appeal but also provided added durability and a unique character to the exterior.

Brash Residence

This exceptional home was designed by the renowned architectural firm Smith & Thompson, AIA, for Steven and Lillian Brash, who had long envisioned creating their ultimate retirement residence in the Hamptons. After 20 years of dreaming, planning, and refining their vision, the Brashes finally brought their dream home to life with the expertise of an incredible architectural team — and the support of our company, which worked to make their vision a reality.

The home’s design was a careful balance of emotional attachment and practicality. While the Brashes were deeply connected to the original structure, it no longer suited their needs. The solution was to retain the front of the original house — preserving the familiar, traditional charm they loved — while completely reimagining the rest of the structure to create a modern, functional, and luxurious retirement residence.

Island Life - Anguilla, BWI

When asked to design and build a home on the stunning island of Anguilla, we embraced the opportunity to expand our expertise into a new international locale. Situated on the island’s pristine waterfront, this project presented a unique blend of tropical elegance, modern luxury, and whimsical design elements that complement the island’s natural beauty.

The home was envisioned as a luxurious retreat, offering unparalleled views of the Caribbean Sea while providing a serene, private escape for its owners. The architecture and interior design fuse the island’s relaxed coastal vibe with sophisticated, contemporary features, resulting in a truly one-of-a-kind home.
